Glen is part of Bartlett, though it has its own post office and more shops and services than anywhere else in town. Many visitors think Glen is at the junction of Route 16 & 302, and runs north on Route 16 to the Jackson line, while locals would add that Glen also runs west from the top of Stanley's Hill (on Route 16, where the Spitfire Grill is) to about the covered bridge. Generations of families know Glen as the home of Story Land, a family attraction since 1953. Next door is Heritage-New Hampshire, which brings more than 300 years of New Hampshire history to life.
Population
2,544 (Bartlett).
Schools
Josiah Bartlett Elementary School in the center of Bartlett. This award-winning school includes Kindergarten through 8th grade. Students then go to Kennett High School in Conway.
Government
The town offices are on Town Hall Road in Intervale.
Recreation
The Ellis River is a popular spot for fishing. There are two campgrounds in this section of town.
